A bit about who we are looking for

This role is responsible for facilitating affiliate marketing activities in collaboration with Publisher Development APAC team based at our Bangalore office.

What You will Do

  • Create and deliver performance reporting to support publisher initiatives: Competitive/Gap analysis, Recruitment, Strategy development, Payment Reconciliation, Monthly re-caps, etc
  • Manage inquiry queues: Network Quality, Order Inquiries, Finance
  • Contribute and build mass communication to both educate publishers on CJ initiatives or educate advertisers on publisher opportunities.
  • Review and respond to pending advertisers’ offers and applications to generate new revenue-building opportunities.
  • Responsible for responding to publisher queries and communications.
  • Complete audits to identify new opportunities to target for the CJ Network
  • Identify and escalate Publisher issues related to Network Quality/Compliance, Payment issues, Order Inquiry Management etc.
  • Run reports and provide bespoke analysis to ensure visibility on campaign performance
  • Provide visibility for publishers in internal forums to maximize new partnership approval
  • Act as 'inside sales' for partners to help advocate and educate Sales and Client Services teams across the globe
  • Work towards a quota and potential revenue target to meet revenue goals for assigned portfolio
  • Learn high-level capabilities of our proprietary software and educate publishers to increase adoption
  • Support the APAC team in internal and external communications regarding cross-functional initiatives & network updates
  • Remain ahead of industry trends and development by reading industry news and networking to act as an expert in discussion with publishers

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, publisher or affiliate marketing
  • Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of work experience in Digital Media
  • Good understanding of the affiliate landscape in Asia-Pacific
  • Fluency in English as this position requires you to communicate with external and internal stakeholders within the key markets
  • Proficiency with Excel (e.g. data pivoting) for client-ready reports and presentations. Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to learn publisher integration tools and products

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with client services organization, to support client needs whilst aligning to developing publisher KPIs
