Kantar is looking for an Account Manager (Quantitative Research) to join our Downtown Mall office in Cairo!

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be part of our ambitious Quantitative Research team, managing clients across a variety of industries and research domains. As a key interface between the organization and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, overseeing presentations and reports as well as managing a small team of Research Executives.

This is Cairo-based regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Business development
  • Project design
  • Project management & client servicing
  • Personal & team management & development
  • Organisational management & external promotion

The skills & experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration or any relevant degree;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing high volume qualitative research studies, interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on agreed KPIs; including people management experience;
  • Experience with brand equity studies, segmentation, U&As, concept/product testing as well as consumer profiling.
