We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is open for Pune or Chennai. It is a hybrid role

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Highly experienced HR recruiting expert providing 'white glove' level support to senior level business line managers in the recruitment of senior talent. Typically, an individual contributor, may also oversee a small staff of sourcers/schedulers. Performs the functions typically associates with an executive search firm. Understands candidate identification and attraction, candidate market mapping, adept at building relationships with key industry influencers and sources, handles the fluidity of individuals searches with patience and maturity, managing business line managers through this process. Deep understanding of creative offer construction, delivery and closing. The global competences required to perform this function in rank order are: Client orientation, develop strategic relationships, Driving execution.
  • Deliver solutions: Utilizes knowledge of the function, it's culture, competitors and practices to manage the execution of HR solutions that help drive the business results. Understands function dynamics including growth strategies, M&A/divestitures, regional issues, financials and products/services.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provides counsel and advice to managers within the business; influences people decisions and anticipates people implications of business initiatives. Understands the key drivers of success; has the insight to raise issues for consideration by client groups. Acts as talent proponent within business. Works effectively with senior managers within the business 
  • Manages relationships with key executive search vendors and industry influencers and sources
  • Develops plans to identify and attract senior candidates. Adept at relationship building and developing candidate pipelines.
  • Support LOB key strategic talent goals: A global diverse workforce, strong talent pipeline across all talent segments, Managers and leaders trained and executing proper selection techniques, recruiting external and internal brand coordinated with corporate brand.
  • Deep understanding of offer construction, delivery and closing technique expert in compensations package design.
  • Manager of professionals; knowledge, communication, business and change management skills consistent with experienced HR manager. Member, Human Resources Operating committee. May represent the business externally.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Must have business knowledge consistent with being able to administer actions on behalf of the assigned business or business partner group. Must maintain knowledge of competitors (may have high regional focus) and implications for business. Must be able to identify people implications of function actions. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree or certification
  • 8-12 years of related experience in recruitment.
