Inviting applications for the role of HR Services L&D Procurement - Manager –English

• In this role,This is a strategic role within the Procurement Function, as part of the Category HR team, which includes Talent Acquisition, Contingent Workforce, Benefits, Insurance and L&D. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has relevant years of experience in L&D with overall accountability to manage global strategic sourcing of L&D services
• Stabilise the sub-category from procurement standpoint and relationship management with key stakeholders is key

Responsibilities

• To manage the day to day sourcing activities including: -
• To understand the needs of the L&D organization and guide them effectively through the Contractual governance requirements
• Control spend and implement strategies for long term savings on costs
• Monitor and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses, improve effectiveness and drive efficiencies
• Complete a supplier rationalization exercise to limit the number of suppliers uses
• Examine and improvise existing contracts from procurement standpoint
• Effectively manage the expectations of key stakeholders across the organization and engage in ongoing change management activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Keenness to grow and learn in an evolving environment
• Prior Experience in HR Services Procurement with relevant L&D
• Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Strategic sourcing ,suppler negotiations, stakeholder mgmt., commercial acumen
• Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and market intelligence to sourcing colleagues and stakeholders
• Graduate in engineering/supply chain/business from a reputed B school
