Job Requirements:
We are looking for seasoned professional with below skill set to handle application owner activities as per responsibilities assigned by system department as a individual contributor.
MCA/ MBA/ BE/ MSc/B Tech or BSc IT/Graduation 8-12 years experience which could be a combination of
Technical domain understanding across BFSI systems
System functional knowledge, related banking/process knowledge and relate skills viz:
Analytical, Documentation, Communication
Good Exposure to one or more BFS domain areas e.g. ,Treasury, Corporate, Remittance, Payments, Advances, Document Management / Workflow, AML, transaction Banking etc. Performance Tests / Benchmarks, Integration with internal systems etc. related tasks. Having technical knowledge of Web technology (.net/MVC/IIS/JOBSS/Tomcat), Databases (Oracle/MSSQL), IBM MQ, windows Servers, etc. Hands on development experience at-least for few years on .net / SQL Technical Issues analysis skill, Identifying resolutions jointly with Application Vendor and/ or Infra Systems Vendors, Server / OS / Storage experts ,etc. Constantly identify initiatives to improve process efficiency and TAT’s. Vendor Co-ordination – Interact with Vendor on-site / Off-Site Delivery Teams for getting deliverables as per Project Timelines, tracking slippages, ensuring quality of deliverables and necessary escalations and arrive at remedial measures Good to have if exposed to
Reporting tools – MSBI/SSRS
Exposure to Automation and Monitoring tools
Awareness of Project Management methodologies, SDLC (Planning, Feasibility Study, Requirements Analysis, Technical Architecture & Design, Development, Testing – UT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support, Documentation), Process & Quality.
Soft Skill requirements
Fairly good verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team. Attention to detail & Team-work skill Adaptability & Proactive mindset in working Initiative taking mindset from previous experience Skills towards Problem Analyzing & Solving
