Position Summary:

  • This successful candidate will get involved in projects-based responsibilities, focusing on business cases of strategic initiatives for our future growth. He / she will need to apply critical thinking and business acumen to assess market opportunities, formulate the right strategies (organic, inorganic), leading / implementing projects, facilitating business negotiations together with local cross-functional teams and global BUs for driving revenues in mid/long term.
  • This is a clinical diagnostic division level role with access and visibility to all of CDD related business. It provides a broad exposure to our end-markets, a great learning and career development opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify growth opportunities in strategic level by using fact-based analysis, market trends, driven data, customer needs (in particular based on KOLs’ opinions), technology advancements, etc. Build business cases if necessary
  • Design, lead and be the owner of projects specific for different biomarkers
  • Identify business opportunities and lead execution together with sales, BD, other functional teams and global partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of working experience, with a significant of amount spent in management consulting or strategy roles
  • Ability to apply integrated thinking and business acumen to think through complex issues, then articulate recommendations
  • Skilled in communicating (written and verbal), influencing, leading multiple projects, and working in a matrix organization
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and influence others to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English. Will be expected to write and present reports in English
  • Strong in vitro diagnostic background
  • Experience in Go-to-market strategies, sales organization and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education or working experience in healthcare and MNCs
  • Experience in working in complex matrix organization. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions
