Job Description

  • Oversee multiple properties and will be responsible for :
  • Develop Corporate accounts according to budget and market mix.
  • Sales activities related to FIT & group for corporate, government, Embassy and NGO.
  • Market experience for Sukhumvit area..
  • Preparing, implementing and compiling data for the strategic sales

plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.

  • Surveying, reviewing and analyzing competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in corporate segment in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence.
  • Achieving optimal sales in the best possible conditions for Mercure and ibis Erawan Hotels.

Work Experience

  • University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in related position
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written of English
  • Good computer skills
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of sales technique, negotiations and revenue management
