Oversee multiple properties and will be responsible for :
Develop Corporate accounts according to budget and market mix.
Sales activities related to FIT & group for corporate, government, Embassy and NGO.
Market experience for Sukhumvit area..
Preparing, implementing and compiling data for the strategic sales
plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
Surveying, reviewing and analyzing competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in corporate segment in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence.
Achieving optimal sales in the best possible conditions for Mercure and ibis Erawan Hotels.
Work Experience
University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in related position
Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written of English
Good computer skills
Very good knowledge and understanding of sales technique, negotiations and revenue management
