FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

KTTV Fox 11 is looking for an experienced Digital Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The Digital Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy and follow-through of orders related to advertising campaigns. The Digital Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting campaign setup, management and reporting for the sales team. Will participate in meetings, take notes and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders. Experience with PowerPoint a must and Excel, Slack, Media Encoder and Photo Shop. Works collaboratively with other team members, agency partners, and outside vendors. Tracks and reports on media asset performance, and performs related administrative activities. Maintains a sustainable digital e-records management system. Participates in media/campaign strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions as requested. Partner with Account Executives to gather campaign assets from clients, agencies and internal teams. Maintain files of campaign screen shots / proofs of campaign launches for all placements. Participate in special projects and assignments. Responsibilities include ensuring all campaigns are properly booked in our order management system, aggregating creative assets, Ad Tech, Media, or Advertising.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or coordinator position. Experience in Digital Ad Ops. Work closely with the AdOps team to assist with managing digital campaigns. Will observe and report weekly on all pacing and delivery. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $25.96-26.92 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
