About the role
1200! That’s the number of complex questions supported by our medical information team last year at Novartis. As a Senior Medical Information Manager, you will develop medical information resources and prepare reactive responses to complex enquiries received from Health Care Professionals and patients about our medicines.
Medical information supports the pharmaceutical industry respond to specific questions received from Health Care Professionals regarding appropriate use of medicines. Our team provides medical information solutions for global, regional and country medical affairs teams worldwide.
You will be responsible for providing functional and therapeutic area/brand expertise to support responses to complex and highly complex escalated medical enquiries from Novartis country affiliates worldwide, and other medical information activities such as creation and quality review of Global Response/Guidance and Q&A documents.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Fluent English (oral and written)
Desirable: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in life science/healthcare, a second major European language.
