Receptionist/Office Assistant 

You will be working in a proactive and demanding environment. One of your keys skills will be the ability to multi task. The Receptionist/Administrator will also need to priorities workload and work to tight deadlines. Adaptability is essential as the needs of the role vary in line with the demands of the business.

This position has sole responsibility for office administration and some Finance activities.

What you will be doing:

On Reception/Office Management side:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Handling incoming post and outgoing post
  • First contact with visitors
  • Meetings organization, administrative and logistic back up
  • Stationary management
  • Communication with external suppliers, services ordering
  • Internal meetings and trainings organization
  • Office facilities management
  • Support to Senior Management (Finance and HR)

Finance - AP side:

  • Recording incoming invoices to the system
  • Vendor setup approval
  • AP invoice checking & posting
  • Employee Expenses registration and handling

What you will likely bring:

  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team setting preferred.
  • Computer systems fluency; ability to learn new programs rapidly.
  • Strong work ethic with an attention to detail and effective communication.
  • Able to multi-tasking and work independently in a fast paced changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service.
  • 2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
