Purpose of the job

In his role, the Business Analyst in Supply Chain will be responsible for managing information reporting, landing at local level different regional ideas of digitalization, and lead local process continuous improvements. In their job they will lead the EDI specialist.

They would be the liaison with the central digital transformation teams, and work with several internal departments in the process of digitalization.

Main responsibilities

Manages information databases and dashboards, adapting them to meet the constantly changing needs of the business

Identifies new opportunities to add business value by leveraging Data & Analytics

Proposes solution for continuous improvement of the supply chain processes

Is responsible for providing information that is relevant and accurate to support effective decision making, provided to stakeholders in a way they can understand

Issues communications about changes/processes/operations in the process of supply chain digital transformation

Creates functional design documents for the local use

Manages relationship with the internal stakeholders, keeping them informed on the progress of the digitalization/continuous improvement endeavors

Leads the EDI officer

Is the first point of contact and supports the local implementation of the regional transformation/digitalization/continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

1-2 years' experience in a similar role

M. Office proficiency (VBA intermediate level recommended)

Knowledge of Power BI and data modelling would be a plus

Recommended previous experience in IT/Business Analytics/Business Intelligence

Fluent English

Good written and oral communication and presentation skills
