Job Description

Responsibility and Focus: As an Executive- Performance Management , you will be an integral part of the Performance Management vertical, contributing to the development and execution of Performance Strategies. Your primary focus will be on fostering a performance driven culture, support talent development and ensuring a fair and transparent performance review process. Through your collaborative efforts, you will support in creating an ecosystem where talent thrive and are rewarded based on their achievements.

Technical & Product:

  • Maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data management tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to performance evaluations, employee feedback, and other relevant Performance Management data.
  • Support the review process for promotions by providing data and insights on employee performance, potential, and readiness for advancement.
  • Provide guidance on the use of performance management tools and resources available to support professional development.
  • Collaborate with team members to compile and organize performance-related data.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:

  • Support in conducting performance review meetings and providing guidance to talent and managers on the performance management process.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support talent-related decisions, including promotions, restructuring, rewards and mobility.
  • Collaborate with managers to gather feedback on employee performance and assist in creating development plans based on identified strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate constructive communication between employees and managers to ensure a clear understanding of performance & role expectations and growth opportunities.
  • Compile and analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing talent engagement and development.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Transformation Business Partners to ensure the Performance Management vertical strategy is implemented and executed within their markets and give support when required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support the planning and execution of the performance review process, ensuring timelines are adhered to and all stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Ensure engagement and completion across all performance Management assessments.

Innovative & Analytical Mindset:

Propose new ways to drive efficiencies within the Performance Management Vertical.

People and Leadership:

Act as a liaison between the Performance Management team team and other verticals, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 7-9 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication Skills.
  • Detail- oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Solid understanding of Performance management concepts and frameworks.
  • Experience with data management tools and software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
