Machine Setter-Auto
Location/s:
Wuxi CHN - Xixia Rd
Reading of technical part drawings
Setting up of machines for production based on drawings
Raising of requisition for materials and tooling
Checking parts that are produced to ensure that they are in line with quality requirement according to control planning.
Making adjustment to machine settings during productions
Adhering to safety procedures and practices during machine operations
Filling in various production records such as lot traveler, SPC charts, self-inspection record, etc.
Doing routine 5S housekeeping and maintenance to take care of work area and equipment.
Check and monitor the status of machine and gauge, and report to shift leader and QA if it is abnormal.
Doing other jobs assigned by shift leaders.
