We are currently seeking dedicated, business-savvy professionals to join our People & Culture Function team as Manager People & Culture Business Partner, based in all main cities of Indonesia (Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Makassar).

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

  • Develop and implement People & Culture strategy for the assigned function/s to support overall business goals
  • Provide pro-active support to plan and implement business transformations or strategic organization change programs.
  • Provide consulting, decision support and change management services to build value and competitive advantage through People & Culture.
  • Advise functional management on leadership, managerial effectiveness, employee engagement, and on the various areas of People & Culture including Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Total Rewards and Industrial Relation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experiences, preferably familiar with Performance and Talent Management concept
  • Have good communication skills and business acumen
  • Understand the entire spectrum of HR programs, Life Cycle & Processes, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, and basic knowledge of Labor Law etc.
  • Demonstrate business acumen, the ability to see the ‘’bigger picture’’ and a hands-on mentality to deploy new initiative
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Willing to be based in all main cities: Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Makassar.
