About the job:

  • Partner with business units as a member of the operating team to achieve financial objectives by providing timely financial analysis and relevant insight from the financial perspective.
  • Lead major local FP&A processes.
  • Lead Pricing Initiatives, Margin Analysis by Franchise (Price/Volume/Mix)
  • Lead Indirect Channel (Dealer, Agents, BEP) related financial analysis, review & approval, accrual processes.
  • Lead Sales Rep performance reporting processes
  • Together with responsible business leaders, prepare and submit financial forecasts and annual plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Provide financial stewardship by monitoring margins and costs and taking appropriate actions.
  • Lead or collaborate with accountants (local & HKFC) for responsible accounting areas.
  • Lead special projects, including acquisition and strategic partnerships, as required.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage FP&A process for Korea, including Flash, Projections, Budget and Strat Plan (incl. timeline planning, task allocation, consolidation, review)
  • Perform monthly performance reporting & analysis.
  • Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis as needs arise.
  • Lead Pricing Initiatives (policy, template, approval flow, training, etc.), Margin Analysis by Franchise (Price/Volume/Mix)
  • Lead IC (Dealer, Agents, BEP) related financial analysis, DOA, accrual processes.
  • Lead Sales Rep performance reporting processes (Rep role maintenance, Sales rep score card).
  • Lead assigned projects independently by forming collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare and share value-adding reports and business insights to relevant finance teams and act as a catalyst between business & finance to implement new processes or solve any problems.
  • Train and support other FP&A analysts in same team.

  • Setting direction and have continuous conversation to support progression and provide feedback.
  • Provide necessary training & coaching.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Finance/Accounting related major)
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Good command of English communication (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
  • At least 10 years of progressive Finance experience preferred
  • Good understanding of USGAAP and/or IFRS required
  • Good command of Excel/business system handling
  • Good command of financial modelling for business cases
  • Proficiency in project management in various areas (incl. non-FP&A areas)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
