Senior Manager, Project Management - Tech Labor Strategy

In this role, you will help the Technology organization to drive our talent strategies. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Enterprise Supplier Management, Global Workforce Services and Tech Chief of Staff teams to deliver complex solutions in support of our talent imperatives. The Senior Manager will work across the organization to operationalize creative solutions, drive continuous improvement and remove barriers to success. You will have an opportunity to combine expertise in program delivery with complex problem solving, driving a variety of projects to enable the improved processes. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage relationships across stakeholder teams in a highly matrixed and distributed environment 
  • Develop and drives strategic initiatives forward, with innovative solutions and process efficiencies
  • Help the team remove barriers that slow them down to maximize delivery flow
  • Foster open communication and transparency through building trust across teams
  • Synthesize complex problem statements into actionable next steps
  • Leverage data and frameworks to make informed, grounded recommendations
  • Drive alignment on OKRs and establishes clear success metrics across
  • Create visibility on progress and key risks and impediments
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and materials
  • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement within the team 
  • Continuously coach the team and stakeholders to realize their highest potential
  • Lead special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross functional teams

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 Years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters / MBA degree
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
