• Prepare and update new and existing desktop procedures (DTPs)
• Maintain coordination with onshore team in the creation and/or revisions of DTPs
• Support operations management team in handling complaints and incidents
• Support CSOs in processing transactions
• Manage and execute training needs of existing team and new hires
• Escalation point for complaints in the absence of the Service Manager
• Initiate and implement programs that will improve and maintain required Quality Assurance Performance levels of the business unit
• Manage and execute training requirements
• Ensure compliance with Underwriting standards, procedures and checklists
