We are looking for an experienced Python Software Engineer to help us develop data products that help recruiting teams understand and improve their hiring pipelines and processes. You'll work within the engineering team, reporting to our Head of Engineering.

You will:

• Build scalable data pipelines that integrate multiple data sources (both internal as well as external APIs).
• Create resilient data extraction and transformation processes with monitoring
• Prototype and productize data products and data models
• Develop internal tools that will be used by the data and engineering teams
• Create code that is maintainable and includes relevant tests. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review within the engineering team.

This is a remote job and available to all candidates with work privileges currently residing in the United States.

You have:

• 4 or more years of experience building large-scale software applications with Python
• Work experience with SQL and common relational database systems
• Work experience with debugging and optimizing data flows
• Experience with unit, functional, and performance testing
• Preferred: Experience using NoSQL databases (e.g. ElasticSearch)
• Preferred: Familiarity with containerized development workflows
• Preferred: Experience deploying data pipelines through AWS
