As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the overall design of Salesforce.com, including configuration, development, and all technical (system) requirements. The Salesforce Developer is essential to for providing industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders and identifying areas of potential growth. The Salesforce Developer position is responsible for working as a team member along with other key SFDC resources to deliver and maintain a complete solution. The Salesforce Developer works with multiple levels of the organization to ensure delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple, cross-functional areas – consistently exceeding enterprise needs.

As part of the Salesforce Development team, you will have an articulate and persuasive presence, combined with a strong understanding of client technology and operating systems. The Salesforce Developer will be bright, dynamic, and will possess superior verbal and written communication skills. The Salesforce Developer candidate will have the engaging personality to inspire and create excitement within their organization, as well as across the enterprise.

What you'll do:

  • Needs to have a good understanding of how to configure WSDL, Client Certificates and integration connectors to other back end systems.
  • Needs to have a good understanding on how to troubleshoot existing Apex Classes and Triggers. Needs to have a good understanding of how to create custom visual force pages.
  • Lead the technical development, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce.com Platform. Liaise with our business users it relates to coordinating SFDC development efforts.
  • Comprehensive development of an active Salesforce.com platform; including tier 2/3 user support.
  • Assist in the implementation of Service Cloud, Ideas, Case, and other SFDC technologies.
  • Establish connections between customer and internal SFDC orgs to facilitate STS communication.
  • Participate in special projects related to Salesforce.com implementations.

What experience you'll need:

  • 3 Years of Salesforce experience in Administration, configuration, customization, programming with Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and APEX Web services.
  • 3 years of experience in designing and developing web enabled applications and User Interfaces using Perl, PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Oracle and SQL technologies,
  • 2 Years of experience in object-oriented design and programming and object-oriented programming language like Java, C# or C++.
  • 2 Years of Customer Support and Client facing experience.

What could set you apart:

  • Active Cloud Certification in GCP, Azure or AWS
  • Using Force.com API’s includes Metadata API, SOAP API, REST API, Apex REST API, Apex SOAP API and Data.com API.
  • Building Managed packages in Force.com platform, Administrating profiles, Roles, hierarchy
  • Creating Dashboards and reports, Governor limits, Exporting and importing data to and from Salesforce using ETL tools.
  • Understanding of the SFDC Data model, Architecture.
  • Should have recent hands on development experience in above mentioned technologies
  • Should have Strong decision making abilities.
  • Salesforce developer or admin certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and how to apply.
  • Knowledge of refactoring patterns and how to apply.
