The PSA position is responsible for quickly and positively driving Regional-level Partner revenue by enabling the Partner company’s nominated resources to build the functional role-based capabilities that are required for success in the marketplace. The PSA will guide the Partner company’s nominated resources to effectively position Broadcom solutions to their clients by developing best practices at a Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Support level. The end goal of these activities is to positively impact the Customer’s perceived value of their relationships with the Partner company and with Broadcom software.
o Partner requirements as they relate to specific domain capabilities
o Evaluation of enablement/training needs
o Joint business plans, including enablement, joint marketing, sales and business development, and KPIs
o Partner training and certification
