As a Staff Product Manager on the Revenue Growth team at Tinder, you will play the leading role in setting and driving the strategy to grow and optimize the funnel of payers into our suite of premium products. You will lead the roadmap for driving incremental revenue growth through other means outside of (and in combination with) our core subscription business. You will use Tinder's outstanding user experience and global reach. You will have an opportunity to work with top talent on one of the world's most exciting social and dating products!

The Revenue Team is responsible for building on-ramps and engagement experiences to drive premium experiences and increased member value, delivering significant connections for millions of worldwide members. The Revenue Product team is fundamental to the success of Tinder - driving initiatives that impact new member conversion, engagement, and revenue.

This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in West Hollywood, San Francisco or Palo Alto, California.

In this role, you will:

  • Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling vision for how Tinder can leverage AI to enhance user experiences and drive business and revenue growth.Craft a strategic roadmap for implementing AI technologies across various revenue-generating facets of the Tinder platform.
  • Technology Exploration: Stay at the forefront of industry and technology trends, evaluating their potential impact on the business.Conduct exploratory research on emerging technologies, finding opportunities for integration within Tinder revenue products.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a leader with vision within the organization on AI applications and related technologies, setting the bar within Tinder for effective collaboration with ML engineers and technical teams to implement revenue generating mechanics and features. Break down sophisticated technologies and articulate how they can be harnessed to solve Tinder’s most ambitious problems, and bring value for Tinder users and the company.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and premium experiences.
  • Team Leadership: The candidate should foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within their team, and inspire passion for revenue growth strategies within Tinder. They should be capable enough to define and establish high-level standards, benchmarks, and organizational policies around Tinder’s revenue growth.

You’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic product management focused on revenue and payer growth in a high-velocity consumer tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data and forecasts, understand trends, and use this understanding to drive growth and profitability.
  • Expertise in both breaking down and clearly communicating complex financial reports, growth strategies, and revenue models to different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate consistent success in navigating ambiguous contexts and resolving intricate challenges, when innovative growth strategies and new business models are being designed and implemented.
  • Proven ability to discern and leverage potential growth opportunities that drive high-value results and transformative user experiences for our customers.
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with finance experts, growth strategists, data scientists, and other product managers in strategic and tactical decision-making discussions.
  • Solid track record of delivering quantifiable results and successfully leading enterprise-wide initiatives to completion.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current market trends and the capability to steer the company's strategic direction based on these trends.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of managing and cultivating complex relationships amongst both internal teams and external partners.
