Outbrain's Digital Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage marketing automation campaigns, the technical stack, and QA checks. You will also analyze campaign performance, create reports, and build relationships with stakeholders and partners.

A day in the life:

  • Platform Management - Manage the marketing technical stack with hands-on expertise, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
  • Email Marketing - Implement and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns and user journeys, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, email validation, and QA testing.
  • Marketing Ops - Support essential marketing operations initiatives.
  • Analyze & Report - Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to analyze and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.

What you’ll bring:

  • Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • High-level proficiency in English.

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience in a marketing operations role.
  • Proficiency in essential Digital Marketing techniques including A/B testing, conversion optimization, personalization, and data modeling

Advantage: 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Proficiency in SQL.
