Job Overview

This position’s primary responsibility is for Customer Service through supporting users IT requirements. Other responsibilities include incident support, troubleshooting problems according to TEIS policies, processes, and procedures. 

General Activities:

  • Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer. 
  • May monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation. 
  • Manages tape backups including physical tape handling. 
  • Coordinates, diagnoses, troubleshoots and supports incident employee issues with personal computers, mobile devices, printers and related systems. 
  • Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access. 
  • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel. 
  • Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support. 
  • Comply with IT and Business policies, procedures and service guidelines. 
  • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to the appropriate technical personnel. 
  • Builds strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas. 

What your background should look like:

Job Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree related.
  • At least 1 year of experience as IT Analyst, IT Operations, Site IT support.
  • English: Able to stand meeting and answer emails.

Travel: Less than 10%

Location: Hermosillo.
