Our Marketing and Public Relations team is responsible for PwC’s external media relations and social media strategy. As part of our team, you’ll help with social media account management, media relationship management, and identifying new and emerging opportunities for the Firm.

Overview: We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated Digital Marketing

Associate/Assistant manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing social media

handles, operations, and executing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, SEO/SME and

providing analytics/reporting as required.

Key Responsibilities: 

Digital and Social Media

  • Managing Social Media: Oversight of Meta/Insta and LinkedIn/ X (Twitter) editorial

calendar and Community Management. This would include creating, managing, and

optimising social media copies, and calendars, as well as posting schedules.

  • Working together with the wider Marketing & Communication team to ideate, create, and

publish original and engaging deals content in line with PwC standards for various

communication channels like website, social media and traditional media.

  • Manage social media accounts/communities/website and ensuring a constant pipeline of

content

  • Key Campaigns- Develop and manage the implementation of seasonal digital marketing

plans and communication calendar including targeted paid media and social copy to

support marketing teams.

  • Assist with producing clear creative briefs that allow designers to transform social posts

and campaign concepts into high-quality social-first content for each platform.

  • Co-ordinate with media agencies for paid media campaigns
  • Use comprehensive project management skills to manage day-to-day digital marketing-

related activities.

  • Custodian for our internal online Employee Advocacy tool. Be responsible for the

operational management of our employee advocacy platform (Smarp), with a focus on

getting our people to amplify our owned content through their channels.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against

goals (ROI and KPIs) and look for trends to improve.

  • Use data-driven social media insights to help develop ideas and future content that will

resonate with and create greater engagement with our audiences and communities.

  • Define KPI’s, measurement and ROI for digital activations and campaigns. Build

dashboards and set up SOP for report sharing

  • Remain on top of current digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends. Identify the

latest trends in the digital and social media landscape – platforms, engagement,

experience, performance and tools, and put forward ideas for how we should adapt to

these changes, with relevance to PwC’s channels and overall goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills preferably from digital marketing agency

or client-side digital marketing team.

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager across paid, owned and earned

media

  • Ability to manage digital operational activities single-handedly
  • Interpersonal skills, team player, self-starter, drive for results
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate multiple business demands and manage

stakeholder expectations

  • Own campaigns end to end and hunger to show impact on business
  • Able to act effectively under the pressure of last-minute deadlines and changing

priorities, demonstrating initiative and the ability to solve problems quickly.

  • Demonstrates an agile mindset and approach, and who can flex the delivery of their role

as the needs of the business change over time.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3-6 years of integrated digital marketing brand or agency side.
  • B2B experience is a must.
  • Preferably MBA.
