We are seeking a dynamic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing efforts in Germany and across EMEA. As a critical team member of our demand transformation initiative, you will be responsible for guiding prospects through the early stages of their buying journey. The ideal candidate is a B2B marketer with proven demand generation and digital marketing experience. You will orchestrate the media mix with sales, product and marketing leaders that drive revenue growth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive continuous growth and lead generation. 
  • Manage the media mix to reach target accounts and personas. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, optimize customer acquisition channels, and align marketing initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Create, implement and project manage data-driven campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM and local events. 
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track, measure and optimize campaign performance conversion rates and ROI. 
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and customer insights to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing investments. 
  • Manage third-party vendors including but not limited to media buying, publications, and events. 

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years experience in field marketing or demand-gen in driving tangible demand ideally in a SaaS / B2B environment. 
  • Graduate degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable field with a focus on marketing, or equivalent 
  • Bilingual proficiency in German (native speaker) and English. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and agile across different regions and time zones within a global team. 
  • Experience with a modern marketing tech stack including tools for reporting/analytics, web editing, marketing automation and digital marketing. (Marketo, Salesforce preferred) 
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet set goals and deadlines.
