What You Will Do:

  • Assist compliance testing analysts in preparation of testing controls.
  • Assist with compliance, internal audit or regulatory, design/operational effectiveness testing.
  • Some examples of the tests that you will be conducting jurisdictional sanctions, KYC processes, transaction monitoring, client CDD/EDD
  • Being able to work on your own, reviewing and familiarizing yourself on different policies and procedures when preparing for the test
  • Conducting the testing on controls
  • Help testing analysts to summarize the testing results (by identifying gaps, areas for improvement)
  • Maintain subject matter expertise and best practices related to the identification and mitigation of risk.
  • Work on ad hoc tests and projects. Conduct the Quarterly Safeguarding test independently.

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 
  • At least 2+ years’ experience working with Sanctions, TM, CDD/EDD or preparing/filing SARs/STRs. 
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, AML/CTF, KYC, counterparty risk identification & mitigation principles.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently. Strong communication skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to management or regulators.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail. 

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in other financial crime compliance areas and/or Quality Assurance.
  • A collaborative mindset, ability to bring ideas to improve and optimize processes.
  • Ability to execute a range of complex tasks and analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is €25,600.00-€38,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
