Job Summary:

The Veradigm Design & Human Experience team ideates, envisions, and crafts meaningful digital experiences for healthcare professionals and their patients across the care continuum. The team’s three core capabilities of Research, Strategy, and Design are orchestrated to elevate the electronic health records (EHR) and practice management (PM) experiences within Veradigm’s suite of Provider products.

The UX Researcher plays a critical role in delivering a clear customer perspective and generating impactful insights to help build great products for our healthcare practices. You would work closely with the product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to carry the voice of our users through everything we do.

What you will contribute:

  • Collaborate with design, program management, customer-facing teams, and other stakeholders to help identify and prioritize the most critical research questions guided by customer needs and business objectives
  • Work with stakeholders to establish clear metrics for measuring success and track those metrics over time
  • Manage recruiting, scheduling, compensation and other logistics for research studies
  • Plan and execute research using a variety of methods such as surveys, field research, interviews, concept testing, diary studies, usability testing (remote and in-person), etc
  • Partner with product designers and product managers to validate and test design prototypes
  • Analyze research data and create actionable insights and recommendations for the team and company to deliver continual customer experience improvements
  • Review and integrate analytics data to bring a holistic view to overall research insights
  • Share research findings to all levels of the organization through a variety of creative formats (insight decks, videos, etc.) to help our organization maintain a deep understanding and empathy for our customers
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the organization

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience Preferred

Compensation

In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act we are disclosing the compensation range for roles that could be performed in the required city/states (California, Colorado, New York City and Washington State).

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level and/or internal equity.

The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Pay Range

$74,598—$96,977.50 USD
