Job Description:

The Senior Demand Generation Manager, Campaigns is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand, attract new customers, and nurture existing leads throughout the customer journey. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

o Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns to meet lead generation and revenue targets for new business and renewals.

o Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, etc.

o Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for campaigns.

o Conduct market research to identify target audiences and segment leads for personalized campaigns.

o Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide support with lead qualification and nurturing.

o Monitor and report on the ROI and effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.

o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

o BA/BS in marketing, communications, journalism or a related discipline

o 5+ years experience managing complex global demand generation campaigns for SaaS products addressing an enterprise customer base

o Proven track record of successfully executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

o Proficiency with SalesForce, Marketo and ABM tools is highly preferred

o Prior experience within the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred

o Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

o Excellent communication and project management skills.

o Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

o Excitement and passion for Technology and Demand Generation

o This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship to work in the US.

o This is a hybrid position at our Redwood City, CA office location (3 days/week onsite)

Compensation Transparency

$130,000 - $150,000 USD

Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for benefits, bonus and equity.
