A Snapshot of Your Day

As a factory order manager, you will lead medium power transformers’ orders and will be the main point of contact for our customers all around the world as well as for all factory’s stakeholders throughout the order life cycle. You are also responsible for order results, stakeholders’ management, and the successful management of complaints as well as project risks and opportunities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will analyze the technical and contractual information of the order and will carry any required clarification or negotiation either internally or externally with the customer throughout the order life cycle;
  • You will control and actively influence the execution of the forecasted schedule by means of a close control and follow up of technical and quality documents issuance and approval, purchase of materials, production, testing, shipping, and commissioning up to the end of the warranty period;
  • You will proactively perform and manage the project risks analysis and coordinate mitigation or preventive actions;
  • You will keep a constant efficient communication with the customers and factory’s stakeholders;
  • You will organize with the customers meetings or factory visits for kick off meetings, design reviews, inspections, factory acceptance tests, shipment, and commissioning coordination;
  • You will proactively manage project costs, time and scope keeping close track of customer satisfaction and your organization's expected results;
  • You will proactively manage orders’ lessons learned as part our organization’s continuous improvement culture.

What You Bring

  • Degree or Master's degree in electrical, mechanical or management engineering.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in Order Management, preferably in Energy Sector and in factory environment.
  • Business-fluent English and Italian language skills. The knowledge of German is considered a plus.
  • You work well under pressure in a quick and assertive manner and are comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
  • Good collaboration and time management skills;
  • Availability to travel regularly for business trip, national and international
