Introduction to Role:

Join our GBS Analytics team and help deliver enterprise and data-driven business solutions. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, shaping the future of design teams, and driving transformative change. Accountabilities:

As a UX Designer, you will advocate for the adoption of design thinking methodologies, conduct in-depth user research, collaborate with stakeholders to identify design requirements, lead the design of intuitive interfaces, plan and conduct usability tests, and showcase the impact of design on our business goals. You will be responsible for handling several complex projects simultaneously and ensuring that our digital products are accessible to all users.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellent UX processes and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing aspects of large-scale systems.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in documenting interaction details.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability tests.
  • Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Python.
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of the design team framework.
  • Experience with Design Thinking methodology.
  • Experience in Enterprise and Advanced Analytics products.
