An opportunity to work in the dynamic Real Estate Advisory group providing valuation advisory services. The role is valuation based and you will be responsible for providing advice to a wide set of clients across a range of asset classes throughout the UK and Europe. 

This is an exciting role which will encompass a wide range of skillsets and will have responsibility and autonomy to manage your own valuation desk. You will quickly be integrated to support the teams existing pipeline of work, which principally involves providing valuation advice for a wide range of purposes. 

You will be encouraged to engage and support in a variety of business generation initiatives, which will cover a wide set of clients and geographies. 

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Sector agnostic. You will be required to value properties on a Pan-European basis, but predominantly with a UK focus, of a wide range of asset classes. These include, but not limited to; Offices/Logistics/Industrial/Retail/Build-to-rent/Development land/Residential properties
  • You will have experience with a range of valuation methodologies including; 
  • Income approach – Conventional Method and Discounted Cashflow. 
  • Market Approach – You will have a good market knowledge and be exemplary at analysing recent market transactions as a means of providing benchmarking and valuation advice. 
  • Cost Approach – You will understand how to utilise Spons/BCIS to perform basis Reinstatement Cost analysis. 
  • Work collaboratively as part of a wider team. The team operates a fairly flat management structure. 
  • Engagement with wider department and office. Kroll employs almost 7,000 employees globally and has a diverse range of teams and departments. 
  • Support and encouragement for business development activities and to manage your own pipeline of work.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical

  • MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer
  • At least 1 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Proficient in the relevant software, particularly Argus (Enterprise and Developer) and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to write accurate valuation reports, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Good research skills and due diligence interrogation
