What will you be doing?
- Partner with senior leadership and subject matter experts to understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals.
- Quickly assess and analyze the current state of the effort to determine the best path forward for quick and efficient business changes and implementation
- Drive and develop program deliverables through the lifecycle of the program - planning and analysis, execution, launch and post launch assessment and mitigate efforts - requires hands-on experience driving the work, not simply schedule management
- Define the processes, best practices, procedures, and reporting to manage the overall program - requires detailed and executive level reporting capabilities
- Manage interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program ensuring that deliverables and milestones are properly aligned
- Provide guidance to project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure dependencies, risks and issues across the full program are clearly identified and communicated
- Write and structure documents and presentations to a professional standard
- Collaborate regularly with stakeholders and key project team members
- Initiate and drive communications with client on a regular basis to report status of deliverables and present reports demonstrating actions tracked, blockers, and due dates
What you should bring to the table:
- 5+ years of hands-on Program or Project Management experience
- Must have demonstrated experience managing work streams from initiation through deployment of a program and including the formal planning, tracking, and status reporting of program performance
- Must have excellent skills with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts - flexible, agile with high level of knowledge retention
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMI Certification desired
- Requires competency in customer focus, executive management, and best practices in business management consulting
- Need to have very strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and must be self-starter
- Must present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
