Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Development of products for Power MOS automotive applications, considering aspects of production strategy, up to series production release
  • Initiating, planning and controlling new product development activities for automotive applications
  • Coordination of subprojects within the product projects, including technology, testing and package development
  • Definition of specific product requirements in close cooperation with technical experts, application and marketing departments
  • Project planning including definition of work packages, timelines, costs, resource planning, risk management and stakeholder management
  • Lead of development projects and project teams in an international environment
  • Conduct a forward-looking risk management to identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios

Your Profile

You like to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and are able to communicate clearly and in a direct manner when sharing and simplifying complex information. Working with responsibility and connected freedom in decision making processes is a spur to you. You recognize new opportunities and cooperate across boundaries to pursue them effectively.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or similar
  • At least 5 years of professional experience and thereof 2 years of leading projects and project teams
  • Hands on project management skills in the area of MOSFETs, discrete products or power conversion
  • A strong technical understanding in the POWER MOSFET environment
  • Solid knowledge in the development and/or
  • manufacturing of semiconductor packages
  • Intercultural competencies and communication skills, able to bring your messages across with your excellent English skills

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
