This key employee role will work with the Large Language model team to define architectures and solutions involving Large Language Models and associated application frameworks. This will involve applying a deep technical understanding of LLM design patterns to ensure that solutions achieve quality project outcomes and that the systems built meets the business needs and achieves the intended business value.

What are my Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical solutions architecture subject matter expert to business areas, project teams and vendors to apply and execute appropriate use of technology solutions. Lead efforts to implement technology vision by seeking project
  • Accountable for the overall architecture and design of the solution across a variety of applications and domains and are assigned to projects/initiatives of large size, complexity and risk
  • Establish design principles, architecture standards and best practices in alignment with IT strategy
  • Define architecture blueprints, roadmap for implementation and collaborate to prepare ROI during annual IT budget planning
  • Establishes and maintains vendor relationships to review and evaluate designs and controls and influence changes in future product releases
  • Participates in the evaluation, selection and implementation of technology solutions including providing detailed analysis of pros and cons and build vs buy options
  • Provides technical guidance to less experienced Architects 

What is Required:

  • 6+ years’ IT software development work experience, including Solutions Architect working on progressively complex IT projects spawning across domain
  • Deep understanding of techniques in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models. Experience with training, fine-tuning, and deploying models on premise and in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Python. Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain
  • Hands on experience establishing design principles, architecture standards and best practices in alignment with IT strategy
  • Experience monitoring and anticipating technology trends and investigates against organizational objectives and needs, and presenting benchmarking reports
  • Proven track record in contributing and evolving IT Strategies in alignment with advancement in technologies
  • Experience conducting technical design authority and architect review, including peer reviews
  • Experience managing teams and enterprise architecture strategy across a progra
  • Expert-level ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately at all levels and audience
  • Experience with general application architectures such as web front end development, microservices, database access.
  • Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience

What is Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Cloud Services: Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, especially with respect to deploying AI models

Annualized Salary Range: $132,200 - $214,900

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $132,200 - $165,300
