Job Description: 

To work on the latest and next generation of Intel process technologies of Analog Mix-Signal design development.

You will be responsible to deliver a high-quality layout which includes the following:

  • Working with the circuit design team to plan and schedule work as needed to build a complex analog layout with Intel latest process nodes.
  • Creates bottoms up design including (but not limited to) transistor level, cell level, block level and CBB level floorplan that meets performance, power and area.
  • Running, understanding and fixing complete sets of design verification checks such as LV, RV, ESD, DFM, and other relevant checks.
  • Finding the fastest way to complete the layout design with high quality for base design, ECOs and LCOs.
  • Proactive in troubleshoot and debug issues related to design and tools.
  • Meeting committed schedule without compromising design quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Master of Science degree in Electronic, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Required minimum 8+ years' experience in analog mix-signal layout design.
  • Experience in building high complexity design such as (but not limited to) matching design, low-capacitance and low-resistive design meeting high performance, low-power and compact area design.
  • Deep understanding with passive device usages such as resistors, capacitors, inductors and diodes.
  • Deep understanding of Antenna, IR drop, electro-migration, self-heating, electrostatic-discharge and local layout parasitic effects.
  • Substantial experience of UNIX environment, Virtuoso, ICV, Calibre with good understanding with DRC, ERC, LVS, DFM, RV, ESD etc. reports. SKILL, TCL, PERL, C or any scripting knowledge will be added advantage.
