This role involves responsibility for managing day-to-day accounting and compliance activities of the Poland Legal entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for certain Polish and US GAAP accounting activities and the local reporting impacts, including delivery of local GAAP financials, local compliance reporting and business partnership with service centers, different Finance groups, external Accounting firms and Global accounting group. This role will report into the Poland Accounting Manager.

Job Description

  • Responsibility for the day to day accounting of Poland Legal Entities, maintaining and analyzing the ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports.
  • Supporting Intel's accounting team ensuring accurate and timely external reporting.
  • Support external audits.
  • search and execute on efficiency improvements and automations ideas.
  • The role covers local Statutory and Regulatory Compliance together with supporting US GAAP accounting.
  • Ensuring the accurate compilation, measurement, analysis and reporting of accounting data.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting / Corporate Finance student with at least 3-4 semesters till graduation.
  • Work availability preferably for 30 hours a week.
  • Verbal and writing fluency in English.
  • Solid Accounting and Finance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Self-learning capabilities.
  • Systems aptitude, knowledge and practice in Excel and office systems.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good business partnership and team work skills.
