Title of role: Associate Digital Commerce Manager – Ice Cream

Unilever is heavily investing resources in Digital Commerce, creating a best-in-class model for consumer engagement across digital channels. This associate manager role is responsible for creating and executing a digital commerce strategy that enables our consumers to seamlessly purchase our products across any digital channel. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing strategy, across our Omni, Pureplay, and Quick Commerce partners. Our Ice cream portfolio holds some of the most iconic brands in the world – Ben & Jerry’s, Breyers, Magnum, Talenti, Popsicle, Good Humor and Klondike. Culture is key and we are looking for someone who enjoys bringing their best self to work and their team.

In this role you will craft and optimize our Ice Cream Business Unit’s digital commerce strategy to drive the business toward core topline and bottom line KPIs.

  • Craft and execute a Retail Media strategy to drive Digital Commerce growth across the Unilever Ice Cream Portfolio
  • Act as main point of contact for field digital commerce teams across Ice Cream and bring in cross functional support where needed.
  • Manage day-to-day workstreams with our media agency to deliver against our dcomm strategy and targets.
  • Control portfolio and customer mix to deliver on profitability goals.
  • Share learnings and best practices across all digital commerce teams (omnichannel, pureplay, quick commerce).

You will work closely with Digital Commerce Managers, Shopper Marketing, Brand teams and Finance.

What You'll Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of industry experience in CPG within sales/customer development or brand marketing roles; eCommerce experience is highly preferred
  • Strong data, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills; experience with Excel and PowerPoint is required 
  • Advanced-level retail financial acumen preferred, including sales forecasting, profitability and working knowledge of trade and media investment 
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce retail basics, traffic and conversion drivers, search, the consumer’s path to purchase journey and omnichannel customer models and fulfillment methods

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
