As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing consistent, centralized support throughout the full cycle recruiting process, creating a smooth and efficient process for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Highlights of your role: 

  • Facilitates and manages candidate logistics including interview scheduling, travel arrangements and coordination between candidates and hiring department. 
  • Facilitates the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires; liaison to external vendors in support of pre-employment screening process. 
  • Guides candidates through the hiring process by setting clear expectations, providing frequent communication, and preparing them for day one. 
  • Leads Eagan, and remote New Hire Orientations and collaborate with other Marvin locations to ensure Enterprise candidates are included in local orientation plans. 
  • Assists with external recruiting events in the community including coordinating logistics, schedules, and preparing company promotional materials.
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Partners on high volume recruitment efforts which may include sourcing and screening potential candidates. 
  • Supports special projects as assigned. 

You’re a good fit if you have: 

  • Proven ability to communicate with different departments and levels within an organization, internally and externally, including executive leadership. 
  • Fluid and confident verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with an ability to convey engaging, clear, and concise messages to target audiences in a variety of mediums. 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and prioritization. 
  • Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency. 
  • Able to work with and maintain confidential information. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel. 

We also want to make sure you have: 

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources related function. 
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred. 

Pay Range: Dependent upon experience $20-$25/hr.
