Job Description

The hybrid Field Marketing Intern will work on the agency’s account team supporting the current business with a real-world experience into the day-to-day of what it takes to launch new programs nationwide, build brands and connections with consumers alongside a rockstar team. Additionally, the intern will play a lead role in designing the company’s day of giving with committee support.

Office Hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm

  • In person - Tues/Thurs (Inspira Marketing 50 Washington St. Norwalk, CT)
  • Work from home - Mon/Wed/Fri

Average Hours: 30 hours per week

Compensation: This is an hourly paid internship with 1 hour unpaid lunch

This internship will begin on May 20, 2024 and end on August 2, 2024. Candidate must be available for all 11 weeks of the internship.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Participate in client and brand meetings, responsible for assembling and maintaining documents such as agendas, minutes, and recaps
  • Assists account leadership team with creation and delivery of client ad-hoc reports by leveraging resources, analytics platforms, and writing decks
  • Support project leads through engagement with cross department services (strategy, analytics, creative)
  • Actively participates in internal meetings, responsible for providing status updates on key deliverables
  • Assists in the management of systems – data portal, VIP, GreatVines, etc.
  • Participate in a team leadership orientation
  • Participate in Inspira culture events

Qualifications

  • Applicant must be 21+ years of age
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Mac
  • Undergraduate course work in marketing
  • At least 3 years of college and working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Communications, with a background in Marketing

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this internship is $16.00-$19.00 hourly. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location.
