What We Need:

31st Union’s Workplace Experience Coordinator (TEMP - 6 months) is a team player and contributor to the studio’s overall success. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work alongside our Workplace Experience team to create an excellent workplace and experience for all! Managing multiple tasks simultaneously is your norm!

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors as needed, making our guests feel welcome and assisting with any related logistics
  • Keep our office running seamlessly by managing and stocking inventory, assisting with procurement, and partnering with maintenance staff on building issues
  • Provide reliable administrative support to leadership as needed
  • Provide logistical support for team events and creative planning on how to make moments fun and engaging
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and work closely with company travel agency to ensure timely response and accurate itineraries
  • Establish and maintain documentation related to studio operations
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Partner with HR on coordinating projects with our IT partners regarding onboarding, supplies, deliveries, and installations

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of facilities and operations experience, with a significant emphasis on creating and delivering white glove employee experiences
  • Proven track record with assisting and executing successful events
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels from vendor to executive
  • Extremely comfortable working within a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time, work independently and see projects through completion
  • Capable of working onsite in our San Mateo (5 days a week)
  • You have a welcoming demeanor that sets the tone for a positive onsite experience
  • Proficient in Office 365, G-Suite, Slack, Concur, Zoom Rooms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, and Monday.com a plus!

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
