Who will you report to?

As a Senior Professional you will have more stakeholders, customers. The main reporting line currently leads to our TA organization in Sweden (Gothenburg), at the same time locally to our PX (People Experience) Director.

What will you do?

  • Be in a role of project lead driving and delivering on our Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) strategy while having overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, budget and contract management, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a RPO project for selection, RFQ (tendering) and establishment of cooperation with suppliers - agencies for temporary employment, for the setup of mass hiring processes and filling positions in production in order to successfully launch production in 2026 as well as its further expansion;
  • Collaborate closely with business and key departments, such as Plant Academy, PX (Learning and Development, Digital) which will set the pre-requisites for a successful mass hiring towards the production.
  • Gather inputs for effective setup of processes and identify shortcomings in such processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
  • Initiate or performs risk, reliability, and cost analyses.
  • Report progress status to plant management.

What will you bring?

  • Several years of previous working experience in a similar HR-related strategic position being responsible for outsourcing of mass hiring operations to a supplier, and/or a strategic position in an agency for temporary employment (ideally Operations Manager, Business Development Manager);
  • Proven Project Management experience within a similar scale & type of project and preferably relevant PM certification, such as PRINCE2 (Axelos), PMP (PMI/Google), CAPM (PMI);
  • Ability to present plans, suggestions and best practices to key stakeholders using data-driven, pragmatic and cost-effective approach.
  • Preferred working experience in an automotive manufacturing company in a global environment;
  • Preferred university education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Flexibility, being able not only to work under an organization in a transformation period, or green-field project, but thrive in such a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, conversational in English, written and spoken, and proficient in Slovak language;
  • Not only an individual contributor attitude but also a demonstrated ability to work within a multinational team, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Europe, although based in Košice, Slovakia;
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying informed about the latest HR and industry developments.

Salary for this position starting from 2.800 EUR, per month, brutto.

  • The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
