The Job 

We are seeking a motivated college hire to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team as a Talent Acquisition Projects Coordinator. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for HR and a desire to kickstart their career in a fast-paced and innovative SaaS environment.

As part of Own Company's Summer 2024 Emerging Talent Program, the start date for this role will be June 3rd, 2024. We at Own prioritize a learning environment, and through our Emerging Talent Program will be offering early career hires a comprehensive development program. Through lunch and learns, workshops and events featuring internal and external speakers, new hires will enhance their understanding of the SaaS industry while refining communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Assist the TA Operations team with management of Own’s campus recruitment program.
  • Support in employer branding efforts for Talent Acquisition, including assisting with the managing of social media profiles and Own’s career site.
  • Create and maintain collateral and materials for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Audit Greenhouse (ATS) on a regular cadence to ensure accuracy of data within the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports and action items.
  • Contribute to the overall recruitment process by assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
  • Support the team and take lead on a number of administrative tasks, such as management and monitoring of key systems and tools utilized by the talent acquisition team such as Greenhouse, Linkedin, & Docusign.

Your Work Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, 0-1 years recruiting experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pivot quickly as needed and have strong project management & problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work 3 days per week minimum out of our New Jersey office to maximize collaboration and interaction with sales and business teams. Travel to events may be required.
