Position Summary
As part of the Digital & D2C team, the CRM Database & Loyalty Specialist will play a pivotal role in further developing Samsung’s digital marketing capacities by executing CRM activities and by running loyalty schemes for all product divisions.
Role and Responsibilities
Key objectives:
The successful candidate will run CRM activities and manage loyalty platforms by ensuring compliance and timely submission of required actions in order to drive retention, loyalty and sales.
Main responsibilities:
For the CRM part
- Coordinate between digital marketing professionals (internal) and developers/agencies (external) in order to execute email campaigns (tease, launch, trigger, buy-now)
- Support Estore’s CRM plan
- Develop and execute local retention programs in collaboration with product divisions
For the Loyalty part
- Manage Samsung’s loyalty platform (Samsung members) – Brief and follow up with developers (external)
- Execute loyalty campaigns
- Develop and execute local loyalty programs in collaboration with product divisions
Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM related positions
- Excellent command of English language, both written and oral skills.
- Strong computer literacy (mainly Excel, Powerpoint).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and multitasking
- Ability to work within a fast-paced multinational working environment with tight deadlines
- Collaborative with a strong team spirit
- Flexible / Adaptable to change in a rapidly evolving digital world
