What You Will Do:
The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real-world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides interns with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of Guidehouse clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Guidehouse’s Energy Transition team works with energy companies, global corporations, financial institutions, and governments to deliver on, understand, and prepare for the transition of the energy system, resulting from emerging new technologies, decarbonization pressures, adaptation to climate and/or extreme weather events, decentralization of the energy system, and digitalization of processes. We support our clients as they envision and prepare for this future by combining our market knowledge, objective modeling capabilities, and deep technical skills with strategic perspectives on the energy transition. Within Guidehouse’s Energy Transition team, we specialize in providing solutions and services that cater to the needs of the energy providers clients in the planning, engineering, and operations of their transmission and distribution (T&D) systems. These services are provided by the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Technical Services team,
As an intern in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Technical Services team, you will work to create and present client deliverables that support essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations to support our clients. In addition, you will support technical teams in setting up models and performing technical studies based on the clients’ needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $35,700.00-$64,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
