Job Summary

As a Senior Retail Operations and Development Specialist, you will support our go-to-market and/or business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the transformation and innovation of retail through effective process development and management.

You’ll leverage your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to design actionable plans and roadmaps related to GTM and/or business operations. Your recommendations are based off data, and you can be agile in designing, executing, and prioritizing solutions that drive results. This role reports to the Manager of Retail GTM & Business Operations.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Operations: Strong partnership with Sales Development, Sales Engagement, product and offer teams to bring new product and offers to market (e.g., offer provisioning, sales enablement)
  • Business Operations: Support retail business operations from account set up and vendor management, to oversight of time management solution. Understanding business challenges and develop and prioritize solutions to make significant impacts to process, cost savings, and employee experience. Ensure sales operations efficiencies in close partnership with our retail operations support team to build better processes and support models (e.g., Retail Playbook, logistics partnerships, process optimizations/automations/documentation, etc)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of operations and/or business transformation experience with a proven track record of consistent delivery against business plans and targets
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and front-end and back-end sales systems, including but not limited to, POS systems, CRM systems, and sales automation tools
  • Proactive, self-motivated, self-sufficient with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Strong project/program management skills and ability to pair strategic thinking with execution excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data-points into easily consumable insights
  • Curious and detail oriented – leave no stone unturned, but has the business acumen to prioritize actions
  • Desire to grow and learn
  • Willing to travel up to 25% to be regularly present in the Optimum field across the footprint

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
