The Clinical Segment and HCP Agile Marketing Specialist (AMS) operates in an agile environment, working collectively alongside team members to implement marketing tactics based on the relevant Clinical Segment and/or Healthcare Professionals (HCP) marketing plan, as well as supporting business continuity marketing activities. The AMS assists in overall coordination, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts. In support of the agile working model, the AMS actively participates in team retrospective meetings and has a continuous improvement mindset.

This is a hybrid position which requires working two days per week in our Secaucus, NJ office. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Implement marketing tactics that drive improved awareness of Quest Diagnostics value to target customers
  2. Conduct research to monitor market dynamics and find answers about customer requirements, habits and trends
  3. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing tactics
  4. Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events, planning, etc.)
  5. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  6. Collaborate with marketing and other colleagues to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  7. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate media channels
  8. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to measure existing and help shape future marketing strategies
  9. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Qualifications:

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience:

  • Entry level position
  • Internship or previous work experience in marketing and/or health care preferred

Other:

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment
  • Strong project management, skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with core business technology tools (MS Office, etc.)
  • Initiative – ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions
  • Minimum 2 days per week in our Secaucus office
