Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise Monitoring Solutions:

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Tools Implementation and Architecture: Evaluate, recommend, and implement enterprise monitoring tools tailored to Micron's infrastructure and business needs. Architect monitoring solutions for comprehensive visibility into critical systems' performance.
  • Network Performance Optimization: Utilize deep expertise in network monitoring tools to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network operations' reliability and efficiency.
  • Solution Design and Technology Architecture: Provide technical and solution architecture services, standardization, and IP product development across tools deployment automation, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Technical Process Analysis and Business Continuity Planning: Analyze technical processes, develop strategies for business continuity planning, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and resiliency patterns.
  • Tools Migration/Upgrade Solution Validation: Lead system migration and upgrade solution validations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Process Automation/Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement, driving efficiency and scalability across IT operations management.
  • Integration with MOM & ITSM: Integrate monitoring tools with IT service management systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Evaluation of Next-Gen Tools & Open Source: Strategically evaluate next-generation tools and open-source technologies, collaborating with alliance partners to develop innovative solutions aligned with Micron's strategic goals.
  • Service Delivery and Operations Management: Lead architecture practices, technology evangelism, partner management, and service delivery across ITOM, AIOps, and service automation domains.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement operational best practices, including observability, chaos engineering, and deployment methods, to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Contribute to the Architecture Continuum by documenting technical processes, workflows, and design diagrams, promoting best practices in infrastructure management and automation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Enterprise Monitoring solutions. 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise monitoring tools implementation, transformation, and solution design.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT operations management, AIOps, service automation.
  • Knowledge of At least one or more cloud technologies (OpenShift,AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven track record in leading architecture practices, technology evangelism, and partner management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
