Position Overview:

This role will be responsible for analyzing the processes in the company, designing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This position will also analyze project objectives, create workflows, and troubleshoot errors. The person in this role should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. This role will be expected to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company. This role will be based in Norwalk, CT or Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain subject matter expert of Salesforce
  • Assist Project Managers with planning site redesigns and updates
  • Assist Project Managers in keeping development tasks on schedule and budget
  • Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
  • Creating timelines and development goals.
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Salesforce Connect
  • Minimum 4 years of application design and development experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer
  • Familiar with SOQL queries for data retrieval and testing
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Service Cloud / Sales Cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Tableau and other reporting and analytics tools
  • Ability to learn quickly, be organized and detail oriented
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications
  • Experience in thoroughly testing campaigns prior to migration to our Production environments
  • Deadline oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Develop dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing performance
  • Familiar with building email templates and content using Content Builder
  • Familiar with working in a matrix environment
  • Possess a strong understanding of IP Warming best practices
  • Interpret and translate metrics/analytics into insightful analysis to inspire change and campaign performance
  • Able to utilize Return Path to run robust reports and monitor IP health
  • Build and maintain marketing campaigns using automations and journeys that groom prospects via email/text message.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of web coding including APEX, JAVA, and Visualforce, with JSON as a plus
  • Familiarity with large datasets
  • Ability to liaison with non-programmers

Salary Range: $95,214.60 - $155,164.35

Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
