A Product Marketing Manager at Kiddom is responsible for creating and amplifying meaningful messaging about Kiddom’s full suite of product offerings. This is a key role that bridges marketing, sales, and product, owns product messaging across the organization, creates key segment-based campaigns, and influences the product roadmap.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creation & amplification of compelling messaging on features & benefits: 
  • Work with the product team to deeply understand the needs of our student, administrator, and teacher customers then craft compelling messaging about the product and its features that resonate with those audiences 
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to ensure that product messaging is clearly communicated across channels and campaigns 
  • Creation of high quality sales enablement assets: 
  • Create sales tools that help our account executives understand and tell the Kiddom product story, in a way that makes the features come to life for prospects 
  • Collaborate with the Kiddom creative team to produce collateral for use by the Kiddom account executives and channel partners 
  • Conduct product and messaging training as needed across Kiddom’s ecosystem of employees and partners 
  • Manage the release marketing process: 
  • Partner with the product team to understand the product roadmap and ensure that releases are represented in the marketing content and campaign calendars 
  • Build positioning documents for new features; manage the messaging docs that support other marketing activities 
  • Build and execute release marketing plans for new features based on the size and importance of the release 
  • Ideation and management of targeted campaigns:
  • A key component of of good messaging is delivering it to the right audience; the product marketing manager will be responsible for ideating and managing campaigns for key market segments, driving user and revenue growth 
  • Delivering voice of customer and voice of field:
  • Establish a key and essential relationship with the product team and help guide product strategy by bringing compelling voice of customer and voice of field to the organization 
  • Manage Kiddom’s understanding of the competitive landscape and ensure that feature development and launch is positioned in a way that overcomes competitive objections 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in product marketing with at least 5 years total marketing experience 
  • Experience working with product teams and sales teams 
  • Management of at least one great end to end product launch 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
