In Luxury Automotive Sales, your primary objective is to assist guests with a paramount concern for their needs and wants. You will accomplish this by asking questions, listening to their needs, and understanding their budget. Then you will find the right vehicle by demonstrating the characteristics, capabilities, and features of various types of automobiles. You will also be presenting finance options and showing automotive products.

Responsibilities

Luxury Automotive Sales:

  • Making client satisfaction scores your number one priority
  • Sustaining customer service scores at or above the regional average
  • Greeting customers where ever you may be in the dealership
  • Dress professionally to appeal to the general public
  • Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone
  • Listening to a client's wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit
  • Presenting cars and SUVs in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
  • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
  • Contacting unsold showroom traffic
  • Following up with "sold" customers till they purchase again and send referrals
  • Prepared to take coaching and direction

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Competent level of computer literacy
  • Have good organizational skills
  • Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Substance screening required of all Performance Lexus RiverCenter employees
